Eli Killen
Certified Personal Trainer & Massage Therapist at Adapt Chiropractic & Wellness
Meet Eli Killen
Eli came to training the way a lot of the good ones do — through bodies that were already hurt. She earned her AA in Massage Therapy from De Anza College in 2019 and spent years working on athletes and adaptive physical education clients before she ever wrote a training program.
That order matters. She learned how tissue behaves before she learned how to load it, so her sessions start with what isn’t moving well rather than with what you can lift. Swedish, myofascial release, sports massage — she’ll use any of it, sometimes in the same hour as the strength work.
If someone has told you to just strengthen it and that didn’t work, Eli is the one who figures out why.
